Deposit & Cancellation Policy A valid credit card is required in order to secure each reservation and guarantee payment in the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation fee. Please note, should you make a reservation and then need to change or cancel your booking for any reason we require 24hrs notice prior to arrival or 7days notice for group bookings, long weekends & public holidays unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, unless notice is given, a minimum of one night's accommodation at the rate quoted. Check-in Procedures Guests are required to present their own valid credit card at check-in as well as proof of identification in order to secure their reservation. In the case that these items are not presented, Management reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit for security purposes as well as payment for accommodation charges applicable for the guest's stay. Guests must be at least 18yrs of age to book and stay at this property. Non-Smoking Policy For the comfort of our guests, our rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING. Ashtrays are provided throughout the property. Alternatively, please inform us at the time of booking that you would prefer a room which features a balcony or courtyard with provisions for smoking (subject to availability). If these non-smoking terms are breached, there will be a penalty fee charged in order to compensate for the additional cleaning required and loss of income for each night's accommodation. Furthermore, notification of inappropriate use of the motel property will be forwarded to and guest details will then be registered and forwarded to ALL accommodation providers within Australasia.
