Staying with City Views is like visiting friends. The staff always greet me enthusiastically and by my name which adds such a personal touch. The nature of my visits to Ballarat are business which means I travel alone, so it is imperative that I feel safe and secure; this is what the City Views experience provides.

Every time I walk into my home away from home I am greeted by the freshest smell and I love it! It certainly adds to the welcome feeling I receive. I suppose in summary, it is not just the people who make this accommodation unique it is the esthetics as well, that give an all round A+++ experience.

The motel was quiet and clean - my two biggest priorities. Room service was good and the laundry/dry cleaning service very much appreciated. Extra compliments to your staff. Every single interaction I had with any of your people was positive (and I'm the first to admit that I'm a fussy guest)... Susan and Maddy took very good care of me - it's so nice to be looked after in a strange city. I shall certainly visit again.

Having just spent over 3 weeks at the Comfort Inn & Suites City Views Ballarat, Victoria we want to express our thanks for the consideration we received from the Management & Staff. The Manager of the property Susan, the receptionist Maddy and the housekeeping staff lead by Leah have made us feel completely at home and welcome at the property. We regret that we have to leave today. Being from Ballarat originally by birth I can tell you it was like being at home - away from home.

In the last 18 months I have been visiting Ballarat for work and have been staying at Comfort Inn, in that 18 Months I have found the staff and the accommodation to be Fantastic and I have had nothing but good thoughts and experiences from the team to the point where it's my home away from home. I look forward to staying every time as I know everything I need, will be at my finger tips. I look forward to staying with the team at Comfort Inn & Suites City Views for many years to come.
